Do you have spare building materials lying around for a school kitchen project?

A group of architecture students from University of Auckland are on the hunt for building  materials to help them design and build a bespoke ‘shed’ like structure for an unconventional, food preparation and cooking station for the kids at Kaitoke School. 

They are looking for:

> Polycarbonate sheeting

> Timber

> Maritime rope/pulleys

> Fixings

> Bricks 

> Steel beams and trusses 

…or anything weird and wonderful!

They will be on island 26th – 28th August to do a school visit and buzz around the island to collect any donated materials.
