He was awarded the Loder Cup in 2020 and was one of only three finalists in the 2024 Kiwibank New Zealander of the Year Awards in the Te Toa o te Tau category. Known for his specialty of working with rare and threatened plants, Graeme will share about some of his journey caring for te taiao, matauranga and his experience-especially with reintroduction of lost plants, and manawhenua led landscape scale pest management.”
