The bush track into Wairaki sanctuary ambles through Nikau groves and across streams, into the native forest where you arrive to delightful cabins nestled amongst the trees.

Two separate cabins, one with a quaint kitchen and bathroom. The other a charming bedroom, the bed upstairs in the loft, a peaceful resting place to observe nature.

Bathe in the bird song on the deck and enjoy views onto mature native bush, this tranquil sanctuary is a true Barrier experience.

$130 per night minimum 4 night stay. plenty of Availability in December, January, February.
